Royal Heroes

In Royal Heroes the player takes command of the forces of a cursed kingdom besieged by armies of skeletons, orcs, trolls, zombies, witches, vampires and other forces of evil. The players forces consist of range and melee units including humans, dwarfs, elves and wizards.

The player has to hire troops in the tavern witch are either regular and hero squads. A squad consists of a captain and regular units. The captain will level-up by winning battles while the regular units rise in level through spending money. A squad can be equipped with swords, armor, spell books and other items forged in the blacksmith with the right resources. These items can be crafted with a blueprint of an items which are earned after winning certain battles. The squad can also be further upgraded with various defensive and offensive skills. During battle the player can also use magic spells like traps, lighting and curses to weaken the opponent or revival spells on his own forces. The spells can be leveled-up and then upgraded to a next level with money and runes. The map has several level clusters divided in 10 levels each. Each of these cluster lead to a boss battle.
