Rockman EXE WS

Rockman EXE WS is a spin-off of the Mega Man Battle Network series and a side-scrolling platformer rather than an RPG, much like the GameCube spin-off Mega Man: Network Transmission.

Instead of expanding on one of the mainline Battle Network entries like Network Transmission does, WS is more of a retelling of the first two seasons of the anime series MegaMan NT Warrior. In other words, the game lets the player "live" the events of the anime. It was released exclusively on the WonderSwan Color in Japan.
