Rescue Simulator 2014

Rettungsdienst-Simulator 2014 is a managerial simulation in which the player is responsible for an ambulance garage. The basic procedure: The player is in the garage until an emergency call comes in. Then the vehicles are chosen which then automatically drive/fly to the emergency site on the isometric city view. Here the player has the option to use emergency lights for a faster drive. As soon as the location is reached, the game zooms into the landscape and the player takes indirect control over the emergency physician.

After navigating to a patient, the player needs to find out the problem; either by talking to the patient or with diagnostic procedures. Then the appropriate treatment steps (which are outlined in the in-game manual) need to initiated by clicking on the appropriate symbols in the user interface. After the patient reaches the hospital, the player's speed and skill (no wrong or unnecessary actions taken) is rated and depending on the result, money and skill stars are earned. Those are reinvested into more vehicles, repairs and speed upgrades for certain actions. Besides the campaign with linear mission progression, there also is a free playing mode.
