Rainbow Brite: Journey To Rainbow Land

Rainbow Brite: Journey To Rainbow Land is a game based on the 80s cartoon series Rainbow Brite. It stars a young girl named Wisp who is brought by a mysterious voice to a gray, desolate land. She then is tasked to bring color back to the land. On her way, she finds the Color Belt and rescues the seven Color Kids, some magical creatures referred to a sprites, a horse called Starlite, and becomes Rainbow Brite after defeating the King of Shadows.

The game is mostly a maze game. In each level, you need to find a character from the show and a star. Once you have achieved this, you can fight the boss. Defeating the boss will open the way to the next level. After finding the star and the character in the first level, Rainbow Brite can shoot stars. Enemies hit by a star will be stunned for a few seconds. Finding a heart will restore Rainbow Brite's health.
