About

The player is situated inside a cybernetic robotic chamber and is tailored in a futuristic baseball fashion having a sort of bat in his hands when the game begins. After some seconds some balls attached to the walls loose themselves and that's the moment when the game really starts as for as that balls ricocheting through the chamber aren't inoffensive and they shouldn't touch a large cylinder next to you which function is similar as goal. On the contrary the player has somehow has to make the balls touch the opposite goal.

Play for your Life is a futuristic sport simulation game which combines many sports as Baseball and Ping-Pong increasingly raising its difficulty by adding new opponents and obstacles, nets and forms either to block the player attempts to score, to neutralise him or score first.

Play for your Life was published as covertape on Your Sinclair magazine, issue 24 (December 1987) in "Smash Tape 4".
