Panzer Command: Kharkov

Panzer Command: Kharkov is a turn-based strategy game in the Panzer Command series, following Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm. The game contains four campaigns that simulate tank combat on the Eastern Front during World War II: two campaigns set during the Second Battle of Kharkov (12–25 May 1942), the battles of Mtsensk (October 1941), and battles around Kursk in 1943. Also, there's a variety of additional scenarios.

The game is played in a WEGO turn-based format when the game is paused every 40 seconds when the players can issue orders. The 40-second intervals are played in real-time when the players have no control over the action.
