- Dual weapons power-up in singleplayer and coop for the following weapons: Minigun, Shotgun, Stakegun, and Electrodriver.
- New Tarot card: Health Stealer.
- Tweaks and upgrades of the singleplayer and cooperative gameplay.
- New Enemies: Loki, Ninja, Leper Monk.
- New unique character set: Lepers (medieval zombies).
- New weapon: Meat Mine.
