Out of Time

Out of Time is an action-RPG roguelite. Players enter different eras in time and battle through hordes of enemies in an attempt to get resources and other loot.

Within a match, players will gain temporary in-match levels, which apply stat buffs and grant upgrades based on their gear. Players may choose one of four offered upgrades. They may also come across random events known as "Temporal Hotspots", which have different objectives like defending a historical character, gathering parts, or non-objective effects such as a treasure cache with assorted loot or a "Temporal Storm" that damages both players and mobs. Players can upgrade their current gear through resources, and through this try to achieve higher difficulty and new zones within eras. Completing all zones within an era at certain difficulties will unlock cosmetics or new gear. Players may also upgrade their permanent statistics using "masteries", which are upgraded using gold.
