About

Nippon Ichi no Meikantoku is a baseball management simulation game, where the player is cast as the team manager and must lead one of 12 teams to victory in a season of 30, 60, or 120 games. The game is divided into two major segments: between games and during games. Between games, the player can perform many actions such as sending players out for particular types of training, upgrading facilities, or throwing a party for the team; actions are limited by the team's money and each action also takes a certain amount of the limited time to complete. Games can be watched in full, and the player can interrupt at any point to make substitutions, or give particular offense and defense orders to the players, but cannot be controlled directly.
