Nightmares

Nightmares is a side-scrolling arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.

The player controls a flying fairy that can move in all directions and shoots horizontally. Played on a large level that scrolls left and right, the player tries to rescue 5 fairies and escape to the door that leaves the level. Opposing this goal, are large monsters at the bottom of the screen that fire upon the player, and a multitude of flying enemies that can damage the fairy. When the player's health hits 0, it's game over.
