Night Hike

Reporter Keita Iizuka learns about a new challenge known as the "night hike", an outdoor event in which participants hike through the mountains in complete darkness. He decides to travel to the suburbs of Tokyo to take part, challenging his ability to handle the darkness and to face his own fears. This multi-choice visual novel features branching paths that depend on the player's choices. Like in the previous game, players make from the multiple-choice branches using cards. Players are given a set number of cards for "A" choices, "B" choices and "C" choices at the beginning of the game, and must budget their choices carefully over the course of the game. On later playthroughs, players are given a more generous set of cards, with new cards becoming available after unlocking new endings.
