About
Neon Drive is music/rhythm based driving game with an 1980s, yet futuristic retro theme and bright neon visuals. The game contains seven levels, all unlocked from the start, where the player drives a car and needs to dodge obstacles by switching lanes quickly, in sync with the music. Each level has a different theme and different gameplay. After the initial driving part with a behind view that is identical for all levels, there is a second part after reaching a checkpoint with the same gameplay, but a different style. There are sections played from a top-down view, flying in the air with circular rotation, racing with a front view dodging lasers, shooting like a top-down space shooter and so on. A single mistake is allowed when briefly brushing an obstacle, but a second one is punished right away as well crashing directly into an obstacle. After completing a level on normal, the variations hard, insane and practice are unlocked for that level. There is also an endless endurance mode.
On iOS the game is free-to-play with a single in-app purchase to unlock all content
