This remixed version of Mushihimesama was released in limited numbers exclusively on Cave's online store. It features remixed bullet patterns, different enemy placement, updated graphics, new music, and a Dodonpachi-style MAX mode in which players trade their stock of bombs for starting the game with higher firepower.
