About
Momotarō Dentetsu USA is the 13th entry in Hudson Soft's long-running board game series, the fourth to appear on the PS2, and the very first to be set outside of Japan -- though despite the title, it is possible to traverse all of North America and many nearby islands, including Jamaica and Puerto Rico, not just the United States.
As usual, it is a board game similar to Dokapon or Itadaki Street where each player runs a rail company, and travels around the country via train attempting to take control of stations and earn as much money as possible. Different types of stations have different effects, such as triggering random events, giving out cards (which may have positive or negative effects), or letting the player play a slot machine. Up to four players can play at once, and there are many options to adjust the game length and win conditions.
