Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation

The world is at the state of global war. KPR (an alliance of terrorist organizations from North Korea, Pakistan and Russia) has declared war against USA and bombed it's major cities. The game starts when US tactical group lands in L.A. which is now a battle zone in order to gather intel on the terrorists's next targets.

The game is a heavily scripted first-person shooter bearing close resemblance to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series. It is the third game for mobile devices in Gameloft's Modern Combat series, and it stands out for improved graphics and a new slide ability. For the most part of the game the player controls corporal James Walker, however sometimes the action switches to other characters and other types of gameplay - firing from a UAV (AС-130), for example. By killing enemies the player earns blue coins that can be used to purchase weapon and armor upgrades directly from the main menu at any time.

Online multiplayer features 7 modes: Battle (think of it as deathmatch), Team battle, Capture the flag, Defuse the bomb, Manhunt (the player needs to hold a flag for as long as possible), Zone control (the players needs to capture and hold locations), and Destruction (one team needs to defend several devices from an attacking team). By skillful play the player gains experience points necessary for promotion to higher ranks and access to more weapon kits. Multiplayer currency is gold coins.
