MFP: My Friend Pedro

MFP: My Friend Pedro is a side-scrolling platformer shooter that focuses on stylish jumps and gunplay by using a mechanic to slow down time. The player's character moves to several levels set in a city and has to reach the exit while taking out gangsters. The keyboard keys are used to move the character, jump and roll. It is also possible to wall jump with a somersault. The mouse is used to aim and shoot. At any moment a button can be pressed to slow down time and this is necessary to dodge bullets and take out the enemies while doing jumps. The character starts with a knife and a pistol but soon several other guns are picked up such as uzis or a shotgun. All weapons are kept and it is possible to switch between them at any moment. There is a health meter and packages can be picked up to restore health. Sometimes jerrycans can be shot for large explosions. When dead the game needs to be replayed, but all unlocked levels are available from a level selection screen in the main menu. The game also contains achievements.
