Mario Cars 2: 64

Mario Cars 2: 64 is a satirical racing Mario fangame that was made in a week and is the sequel to Mario Cars. Mario and his friends decide to go racing, but start to realize that something is wrong.

Players choose one of six characters and "race" through three tracks. The story progresses as long as the player passes through the finish line, regardless of anything else. The narrative is linear and does not have any alternate or variant story paths. Between tracks, the characters talk to each other on a black screen and before every track a literary quote about mortality is shown.
