About

Mall Tycoon is the latest tycoon game, which places you in the shoes of a mall designer.

You must select and build your mall from the ground up. You can opt to build a one level "strip mall", or build a multi-level shopping center.

You have access to numerous items, such as rollercoasters, benches, floor types, parking lots, drink machines, escalators, elevators, ATM machines, etc.

You can choose between a large variety of store types, such as electronics, clothing, kids, cooking, furniture, etc.

As the mall owner, you must research and develop new products and research upgrades to existing products so that you're always one-step ahead.

You can hold special events, such as bringing in Santa Clause, or hire a live band to attract people to your mall, or you can issue promotions, such as coupons and "half-off day" types of things.

Mall Tycoon has over fifteen scenarios, or you can build to your heart's content in Free Play mode.

You can also choose which music you would like to play throughout your mall, from jazz and easy listening to holiday specific music.
