About

Mahjongg Master: Egyptian Edition is a single player implementation of Mah Jongg with an Egyptian Theme. This is not the variety of Mah Jonng which has multiple levels of tiles stacked in towers. In this game the tiles are arranged on a single level and the object is to match identical tiles that can be connected by a line that contains no more than two right angles.

There are two modes of play, story mode and freeplay, each has both one and two player modes

Story mode consists of two hundred levels of increasing difficulty and is presented as a journey, as each level is solved a password is revealed that allows the player to restart at the start of the following level. The Freeplay mode consists of randomly generated puzzles, this mode has five levels of difficulty rated from Slave to God.

Both levels of the game have special tiles that find a matching pair, curses that remove a single tile, wall tiles that limit the way in which connections are made, and flower tiles which 'magnetically' attract tiles in the same row towards them.

There is also a level editor and an option to import levels from an external source. The game can be played by the keyboard or the mouse as it installed.
