Leaving Lyndow

Leaving Lyndow is an adventure game which tells a short story of Clara's last day in Lyndow. Clara is a young girl who trained hard to be accepted into the Guild of Explorers and she is just prepping for the voyage. The entire game has only 5 small locations to explore. Starting in Clara's house where you need to pack your suitcase with all the necessary items for the voyage, the game moves to surrounding areas such as the forest, your uncle's farm, tea inn and the port of Lyndow.

Not everyone is happy to see you go on long and possibly dangerous journey, but Clara is determined to follow in her late father's footsteps and go into the unknown. The game plays in first-person and allows you only basic actions such as walking and running. Certain objects of people can be interacted with which will prompt an icon over that object or a person when Clara comes close enough. There is no real voice-acting and the dialogue window and choices are selectable in English while the characters appear to talk in an otherwise unknown or alien language.
