About

In a dark future, the world has been devastated by a hostile biomechanical alien race known as the Iron Worms. With their ability to assimilate human technology, the Iron Worms turned mankind's own weapons against them, leading humanity to the brink of extinction. The only human creations capable of resisting the Iron Worms were Bioroids, synthetic beings with extraordinary abilities that were identical to beautiful women in appearance, but even they were not enough to save mankind. Over a hundred years since the fall of the last human city, a group of Bioroids receive a transmission that leads them to the last surviving human - the player - and thus begins the mission to take back the world.

Last Origin is a post-apocalyptic turn-based tactical RPG. The game is played from a side-view perspective from which the player commands their Bioroids in battle against the Iron Worms. Each Bioroid has unique statistics and abilities, and using the correct skills on the battlefield to maximize their effectiveness can be essential to achieving victory.

A Bioroid's statistics can be improved through an Affection system where the Bioroid becomes more attached to their Commander if they are brought into a successful battle or given gifts during downtime. Raising a Bioroid's affection also unlocks unique dialogue and story segments for that character. New Bioroids can be obtained via a gacha system where the player can use in-game or real-world currency to obtain a random selection of new characters.
