Kudos

In Kudos you take on the role of a young male or female character and make decisions about his or her life.

The goal is to create a good life, both socially, in networking and getting new friends, and in making decisions about education, career, hobbies, activities and how to spend money and spare time. The game affords a variety of possible career paths and lifestyles, and the game can be customized by changing the rules in external text files.

The gameplay consist of scheduling and performing activities, such as going to work, having a party, going shopping, or meeting new people. Different activities affect different stats of the player character - jogging may increase health and tiredness factor, while eating out with friends may increase happiness, but decrease money. So the player character's stats are balanced and developed through activities, which allows for many different strategies in achieving the goals the player has a mind, be it a promotion at work, a new girlfriend, a car or something else.
