As a family father the player was on his way home one night when his car crashed into a figure that suddenly appeared in the middle of the road. When the player wakes up he is locked up in a basement. Each night the player must search the basement for clues to find out who the kidnapper is and why the family father has been kidnapped. As in the previous KindergarTen games the player must avoid the ghosts that haunts the place. Instead of one timer that the two earlier games featured there are now two timers. One timer shows how much time the player has left when exploring the basement and the other timer shows for how long the oxygen pump will run before it needs to be reset. Failing to reset the oxygen pump means that the player will die from suffocation. The game features multiple endings.
