Itsudemo! Nyan to Wonderful

This pet raising simulator allows the player to raise both cats and dogs of either gender. Up to four pets can be selected at once. Over time, the pets must be fed, and mini-games can be played as means of exercise to stimulate them and raise their stats. Reaching certain stats, earns the player medals for taking good care of pets. Two cats or dogs of opposite genders can be brought together to breed kittens or puppies respectively. When connected to a friend's Game Boy, the player can compete in mini-games or trade pets.
