Cole's Legacy is a downloadable content for inFamous: Second Son originally available and included only in Limited Edition release, it later became available as standalone DLC, but not on US PSN where it was part of Limited Edition release.
The DLC, while single in nature, comprises of two downloadable contents that work as one:
- inFamous: Second Son - Cole's Legacy -- a mission DLC
- inFamous: Second Son - Cole's Jacket -- an outfit DLC
Cole's Legacy comprises of four part mission, each part becomes available as the story progresses and can be accessed at the northern part of the map of San Francisco. Each mission is marked with an exclamation mark on the world map and basically consists of you being contacted by Raymond Wolfe and performing various tasks for him, mostly helping him track down his missing editor, while at the same time learning about some new things that bridge the gap between this game and inFamous 2 with Cole MacGrath as the protagonist. At some point you even get contacted by Zeke, Cole's trusty sidekick and partner from first two games.
There are four missions in total, and if integrated and played along with the base game's main story, last one will become available by the time you team up with Faith. Some missions will require you to follow clues to reach the destination where you will have to fight D.U.P. forces and gather data. Upon finishing all four missions, the outfit DLC will get unlocked and player will be able to equip Cole's jacket for further use in the game.
