Illvelo Swamp

Illvelo Swamp is a sequel to MileStone's classic shmup Illvelo featuring a more daring take on the shmup format. Like the original game, it features a strong emphasis on short challenge stages: short, intense stages featuring carefully laid-out arrangements of enemies and obstacles that must be cleared in one go. While the original game featured these as secret obstacles hidden within otherwise standard shooter stages, however, Illvelo Swmap goes all-in on these short stages. It features 100 total, with players clearing them in sets to earn keys and satisfy orders given to them by the game. Only 10 of the stages are available from the start, but as players play further the number of stages they can fight grows.
