About

A world of pirates and magic. On a quest to find the legendary lost treasure you set sail not having a clue what's in store for you.

In this 1st-person pirate experience there are three main gameplay elements:

  • Adventure

This takes place when the player is ashore, either in a local inn talking to other pirates and cutthroats, traversing a port or a smuggler's den, or exploring an exotic uncharted island and talking to its natives. Walking is done using teleport jumps while the player uses VR helmet to look around. Some characters, not all, can be directly talked to which will show dialogue subtitle bubbles similar to those found in comics. Despite the simplicity of graphics, the game features full voice-acting for all NPCs. While docked, as the story progresses, you will also be able to upgrade your ship's appearance, make it more sturdy, and equip more powerful cannons and even a mortar capable of devastating distant cannon towers.

  • Sailing

Main part of this game is sailing your galleon and sea combat. The sailing is seen from the steering wheel where you can see your footprints or the place you're standing by looking downward. In front you can see your crewmen who you conscript in ports and inns as the story unfolds. Firing cannons can be done from port, starboard or front side of your ship. Using VR helmet to look around, highlighted trajectory will be displayed when you can fire cannons. Altering distance is done using gamepad controller. In the open sea you will fight both other ships and fortresses, but there are more terrors you will face in these waters, such as giant sea monsters who can swallow you whole, or dangerous natural phenomenons like whirlwinds which can tear your ship apart.

  • FPS

A typical 1st-person shooter kicks in when the battle is happening on ship/s deck. Despite using single-shot flintlock with long reloading time, game doesn't force you to focus on that and lets you fire constantly with infinite bullets in both of your pistols. In FPS mode you fire where you look at with VR helmet, and will face pirates whose ship you're boarding as well as the army of undead in the final boss battle.
