Harmonia Heart

Four animals find themselves waking up in a mysterious place they have no memory of, with no idea of their purpose there or how to get home. They become caught up in a growing crisis, and so players must guide them on their journey not only to save the day but to figure out who and what they are. Their journey brings them in conflict with enemy creatures known as "mamono", which turn out to be tied to the animals' lost memories. Defeating the mamono in battle lets them recover fragments of their memories and recover their pasts. These memory items are key story items, but they also form the experience system that allows players to choose how to upgrade their characters; they can also be used as items.
