Halo 2: Anniversary

Halo 2: Anniversary is a remastered version of the 2004 game Halo 2, but based on the 2014 version included in the Xbox One exclusive compilation Halo: The Master Chief Collection. For Windows and Windows Apps this release is available both standalone and through the 2019 Halo: The Master Chief Collection, while for Xbox One it is only available through the latter and not standalone.

Resolution now supports up to 4k UHD with +60 FPS. There are also PC native settings such as customizable mouse and keyboard support, ultrawide support and FOV customization. At any point it is possible to toggle between the graphics of the original 2004 Halo 2 campaign and the remastered graphics from the 2014 version, including the remastered cut-scenes from the latter. In addition to the single-player campaign with 15 missions there are the 7 remastered multiplayer maps from the 2014 version and the 25 multiplayer maps from the original game. There is also an updated progression system for multiplayer.
