Grief Syndrome

Grief Syndrome is a fangame set in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica universe, in which the five main girls from the anime/manga series face some of their greatest foes in five stages of witch-busting action. Each of the five girls has her own ways to play, and her own special abilities. The characters also have a soul limit, which slowly disappears over time and as they take damage and/or KO'ed. Using special abilities does not consume soul limit, unless a magical girl is hit while the meter is recharging. Defeating enemies adds points to players' scores and levels up the girls, which recovers soul limit. When a soul limit is reduced to 0, a magical girl is dead. If all five magical girls are lost, the game is over. Up to three players can play, using a LAN connection.
