Funky Head Boxers

Funky Head Boxers is a slapstick boxing game with a distinct visual style: all the characters are represented by polygonal boxers with cubic heads, which have digitized photographs for faces and distort and contort in a cartoonishly dramatic fashion in response to the in-game action. The gameplay is fast and simple, with left and right punches, special attacks, blocks, and side steps comprising the bulk of available actions. The single-player game mode is a standard arcade ladder against progressively more difficult opponents, and there is also a two-player versus mode.

A later Sega Saturn conversion was released which replaces all the boxers with real-life comedians and celebrities and adds significant new content.
