Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, is inspired by the acclaimed 2009 anime series, and sticks to the essence of the original manga. The narrative unfolds around the Elric brothers, gifted alchemists plagued by a tragic incident. Fueled by their unbreakable bond and exceptional abilities, they set forth on a journey in pursuit of the elusive philosopher's stone, the only hope to restore their bodies.

Within the "Adventure Mode", players step into the shoes of the Elric brothers, who are trying to thwart a sinister conspiracy and engage in intense battles against formidable alchemists. The game introduces a diverse roster of customizable playable characters, allowing players to enhance their unique powers and skills through earned battle points. As battles unfold in various arenas, players showcase their alchemical prowess, leveraging strategic use of terrain to gain advantages and executing well-timed "Combination Attacks" with their partners to sway the course of battle. In the "Multiplayer Mode", two to four players can either collaborate or compete through ad-hoc WiFi.
