Football Manager 2013

Football Manager 2013 is the ninth annual entry in Sports Interactive's Football Manager series. The title marks the 20th anniversary of the studio's football management game tradition (which originally started with the 1992 Championship Manager).

This version included 50 national leagues and over 500,000 players and staff in its database. The 3D match engine was improved, management staff's roles were revamped and the new Director of Football position was added, and the training system was updated. There were two new ways to play the game: Classic, in which certain responsibilities are handed to other team staff or left out completely, but with the option of playing a full career; and Challenge, where the player is usually given a short time period to resolve a specific situation. Network Play was fully integrated with Steam for the first time.
