FL Battle Beam is a dedicated handheld shooting game. The player controls a tank at the bottom of the screen and must shoot aircraft that come flying towards the bottom in three different lanes. Incoming aircraft can also switch between lanes when hit but not destroyed. The amount of points gained for shooting an aircraft depends on the distance from the player.
