Fire Hawk is 2D arcade vertical-scrolling shoot'em up. The player chooses from 5 different jets. Gameplay is typical for genre - the player just flies forward, shoots to enemies, and fights against bosses. He can use normal weapon (upgradeable) and limited bombs.
Game steals music of the early SNK's arcade shoot-em-up "Andro Dunos" and other games.
