About
Far Harbor is the third DLC for the 2015 game Fallout 4. Unlike the Automatron DLC, one doesn't need to be at a particular level to start this quest, only progressed far enough in the Nick Valentine main/side-quest Getting a Clue, to receive a broadcast message from the Nick Valentine Detective Agency. After returning to the agency the player has to investigate the case of a missing girl, which will lead to the island of Far Harbor, off the coast of Maine. The set-up of a missing girl and a remote destination is similar to that of the Fallout 3 DLC: Point Lookout.
The general objective of the Far Harbor DLC has the player investigating the case at the Far Harbor island, while trying to maintain peace between the factions of Synths, Villagers and the Children of Atom. Once the "missing girl case" reaches it's conclusion, the player has to decide the fate of the island's inhabitants.
Far Harbor adds a new locale, 8 main quests, multiple (faction) side quests, 10 trophies/achievements and several new weapons, clothing items and new critters to the Fallout 4 wasteland.
