You are the famous Stuntman Evel Knievel from the 70s and must finish 20 levels without hitting the ground with your head.
Basically its a physics-driven 2D Motocross game, today known as Elasto Mania or Trials. Technically it has realtime physics with high framerates on the hardware of the Gameboy Color.
