About

Electronika IM-23: Avtoslalom (literally: Car Slalom) is an LCD handheld game produced in Soviet Union. The player controls a racing car that moves along one of three lanes. The player needs to press left or right keys to avoid obstacles. Each successfully passed obstacle adds one point to the score. If the car collides with an obstacle the player looses one of three lives. Lives are replenished at each 200, 500 and 1000 points. The game is played until all lives are lost or until the player accumulates 2999 points. There are 16 selectable speed settings and two game modes - A and B. In mode B there are considerably more obstacles on the track.

The handheld has a built in clock and alarm.
