About

Egg is an abstract turn-based strategy game where players roll giant eggs in order to capture territory and build a civilization. Each player controls a single egg, which can be launched like a billiard ball to roll it around the playfield. Open territory is captured by rolling over it, while enemy territory can be destroyed in the same way. Enclosing an open space will capture all territory within, and the first time this is done, a tower is erected within the captured space which acts as the player's base. Maintaining territory will earn power, which can be used to trigger special effects such as floods and earthquakes. The goal of the game is to either capture enough territory to raise the tower to level 9, or to destroy either the opponent's egg or tower.

The game includes a single-player mission mode against computer-controlled opponents, and a multiplayer mode for up to four players.
