Draconian

Draconian is a 1-player clone of Bosconian for multiple systems.

The player flies about a large 2D scrolling map, and controls a space ship that can move in 8 directions and fires directly forwards. The player must free all spacemen being help captive in each sector, by shooting the 3 force field generators surrounding them. A small map shows the location of each spaceman. Alien dragons, mines, asteroids, and defense systems pose dangers for the player. After each sector is cleared, the player must safely reach the exit point and bring the spacemen to safety. The player starts with 3 lives, and gains an addition life for each sector completed. If the player takes too long to complete a level, a large dragon, the Draconian, appears and threatens the player.
