4About
Your goal in this game is to accumulate money and properties from your starting fund.
At the start of the game, there are many empty lots available for construction and improvement; once all lots have been purchased, (By either yourself, or one of the AI players. There is no multiplayer option.) the game becomes a race between the various players to either improve their holdings, or devalue the properties of the other players.
The actual gameplay is simple enough. Buy a few lots, construct buildings on them (or buy existing buildings), then either improve and sell them, (hopefully making money) or make sure the income from the tenants is more than the maintenance cost. The problem is in the details, of course.
This game is a traditional example of a Tycoon game, with the added feature of a license from Donald Trump.
