Dead Space 2: Severed

Severed is a downloadable content (DLC) for Dead Space 2 and describes the story of two main characters of Dead Space: Extraction, Gabriel Weller (Gabe) and Lexine Murdoch Weller (Lex), three years after the events of that game. It takes place on Titan Station (Sprawl). Gabriel is the main character controlled by the player and his story runs parallel to the events in Dead Space 2 and often he stumbles upon traces of Isaac Clarke, the protagonist of the main game. Gabriel attempts to save Lexine whom he contacts when the outbreak is imminent. The two chapters are called Chapter 11 and Chapter 1 in the main game.
