Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3 - Scarlet is the follow-up of the 2016 game Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3 - Fortune/Venus and introduces two new girls (Misaki and Leifang), new mini-games, new in-game items, HD Rumble support for the Nintendo Switch and an updated Soft game engine (Soft 4D instead of 2.0). The current mini-games, rather than focusing on the fighting part, focus themselves on vacation-themed sports .
