Cycling Manager 3 is the 2003 edition of the Cycling Manager series.

New features are:

  • Reach sponsor goals, if not be fired.
  • Better results increase budget for next seasons.
  • Improved graphics.
  • Manage individual training for each cyclist.
  • Hire scouts and look for those superb cyclists to increase your team's performance.
  • Negotiate contracts but avoid upsetting your team.
  • Improved GUI helps the user to have better control.
  • Improved AI. This time more challenging.
  • Three new ratings add more to the stats experience.
  • World Championships by nationality.
  • Two new energy bars added to "endurance", making a total of three now.
  • Keyboard shortcuts make controlling your cyclists easier.
  • Multiplayer enabled.
