New features are:

- Better results increase budget for next seasons.
- Improved graphics.
- Manage individual training for each cyclist.
- Hire scouts and look for those superb cyclists to increase your team's performance.
- Negotiate contracts but avoid upsetting your team.
- Improved GUI helps the user to have better control.
- Improved AI. This time more challenging.
- Three new ratings add more to the stats experience.
- World Championships by nationality.
- Two new energy bars added to "endurance", making a total of three now.
- Keyboard shortcuts make controlling your cyclists easier.
- Multiplayer enabled.
