About

Ice Crusade is a standalone continuation of the post-nuclear real time strategy Cuban Missile Crisis: The Aftermath from G5 software.

It's 1967, five years has passed since Cuban missile crisis, which developed into a short-time nuclear war. Most of the world's cities and military bases laying in radioactive ruins. Global cooling made bigger part of US, Australia and south of Africa unsuitable for habitation and American forces were compelled to move southern and now Soviet army has opportunity to move through the Arctic ices and strike at enemy on its territory.

Player can choose between United States or Soviet campaigns, totally of 25 missions. There are 22 new units, like tanks T-60 and Hunter, and two super units: Convair Model 49 helicopter and Tyulpan 240mm self-propelled mortar.
