About
Cosmic Osmo's Hex Isle is the sequel to Cosmic Osmo and the Worlds Beyond the Mackerel. Osmo has been banished to the Hex Isles for being lazy and needs to make his escape and find his space ship again. The goal of Hex Isle is to guide Osmo over hexagonal shaped tiles (hexes) to touch six targets. That way he completes the level and gets to escape. The game is played as a 3D platformer in six worlds with six levels each. The scoring system is based on three elements: strategy, speed and score. The hexes Cosmos is moved have different reactions. Blue ones are the targets, gray ones are stable, green ones turn yellow when stepped on, yellow turn red when stepped on, and red ones collapse when stepped on. By figuring out the correct path over the hexes, the blue ones need to be reached without falling down. In early levels it is still possible to run over the red ones, but later on Cosmo needs to jump.
