About
continental drift is a short meditative narrative game about growing up and moving on. The action mostly consists of on-screen text dialogue with the player occasionally tasked with moving a character sprite on a series of floor plan-like boards toward the orange items in the rooms, be they doors or furniture or animated fires. A few screens illustrate scenery like mountains and airplanes flying across the sky, which will only move forward if the player presses a key. The game was created for the 26th Bitsy Jam, with the theme of "One Room."
