The plot predominantly revolves around the children's quest to locate their presents at various shops, juxtaposed with Santa's journey delivering presents. Generally, players encounter hidden object screens followed by puzzles, with occasional deviations. Within these hidden object screens, players must locate objects on a list. Additional challenge arises from locating bonus items inspired by "The Twelve Days of Christmas," such as angels or doves, identified by provided silhouettes.
