Chessmaster Live

Chessmaster Live is part of the long running Chessmaster game series, developed specifically for Xbox Live Arcade.

You can take part in games against AI opponents with varying levels of difficulty in a single game or take part in several advanced scenarios for advanced players. As well as standard games, you can play several variations, including "find the fork" and "mate in one" as well as time limited games. It also contains several new variations of chess that include progressive chess, dark horse and losing chess. As well as being able to choose between a 2-D and 3-D board, you can choose between six different sets of pieces and 3 different boards, all with their own unique sound effects.

Chessmaster LIVE also allows you to take on friends over Xbox Live, and is also Live camera enabled.
