About

Charlie Murder is a beat 'em up first revealed as a Xbox Live Indie Game and eventually released as part of Xbox Live Arcade.

In the game, the player controls five different characters, all members of the rock band Charlie Murder. The members are: Skelekitten, Lester Deth, Tommy Homicide, The Rexicutioner, and Charlie Murder himself.

After Charlie kicks out Paul, one of the members of the band, he creates his own new band named Gore Quaffer. Paul, now under the name of Lord Mortimer, starts working together with a demon to raise an army to destroy the band Charlie Murder.

All five playable characters have different ability sets, mainly different with their Anar-chi, a special magical skill. The game features numerous different bosses and mini-bosses as well as all kinds of standard enemies like zombies, sharks, yetis and witches.

The game houses normal combat levels, minigames and several special levels. These special levels have the player do something which cannot be done in the normal combat levels, like driving or flying.
